How I started:
Amidst the challenges of COVID-19, the contrast between being cooped up indoors and the freedom of exploring the woods on my mountain bike became starkly apparent. The respite that mountain biking provided from the monotony of indoor life was a mental lifesaver.
My connection to the forest:
There's something truly special about being alone in the woods. The forest, with its enveloping peace and sense of security, is a sanctuary I've not found anywhere else. As I bike through the woods, time loses its grip on my life. I release all my worries and focus solely on the trail, feeling comforted and safe in the embrace of nature.
